I was nervous about using an online mortgage broker, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Real Genius again. The entire process was as seamless as it could be. The team was responsive, efficient, and extremely organized. The title company said they had never heard of Real Genius but went out of their way to share how fast and thorough the information flow was. I just can’t say enough about how easy they made the process and, most importantly, every number at closing was almost exactly what they said it would be in the initial quote.
